Refund Policy - the basics
Cul7ivate is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products and brand. By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Exchange Policy.
Exchanges Only
• Cul7ivate offers exchanges only and does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
• Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
• All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Cul7ivate will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item one (1) time per order as a courtesy.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, Cul7ivate will issue store credit in lieu of an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items
• Accessories, including but not limited to hats, jewelry, and undergarments
Process for Exchanges
1. Submit an exchange request by contacting [insert official Cul7ivate email address] within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for the exchange.
2. Once your request is reviewed, Cul7ivate will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Cul7ivate will process the exchange or issue store credit within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
No Refunds
• Cul7ivate does not provide refunds to the original form of payment. All sales are considered final.
• Store credit or exchange constitutes the sole remedy available to the purchaser in the event of dissatisfaction, subject to the terms of this Policy.
